Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible if your claim has not been submitted to the government at the time of your refund / cancellation request. Once the application has been submitted to the government for processing your eVisa, no refund is possible. If your application is rejected by the government, we can not refund you and you must apply for a tourist / business visa at the local embassy for which additional fees apply.
Your fee will be refunded on request in case of errors or omissions on our part. If data entered by you is incorrect and the application has already been submitted to the government authorities, the application fee can not be refunded and you must submit a new application with re-payment of the application fee.
